Ostracism support groups
I have set up a few support groups on Facebook. To join them contact me and share your email address. Then, I can send an invitation through Facebook to your email address. The privacy settings of the groups are set to "secret" and only members of the groups will see your name.
Recovering from Rejection - Support group for anyone recovering from any kind of rejection, real or perceived.
Severe Ostracism Recovery - This group is devoted to the support of those who are suffering from the effects of severe ostracism. You are especially welcome in this group if you have experienced severe ostracism and/or the effects of your ostracism/rejection have been long-lasting.
Christians Healing from Rejection - This is a support group for people recovering from rejection and those comforting others who were rejected. People of any faith are welcome to join. Topics here often trend towards a Christian perspective.
Do you moderate a support group for ostracism?
If you do, please contact me here or you can message me in Facebook. I'm looking for more groups to add to this page. It would be especially good to find groups of live people meeting in different areas of the world. Online groups are great, except there is no substitute for human connection and face to face contact.
Other support groups that may be helpful
Co-Dependents Anonymous - a fellowship of men and women whose common purpose is to develop healthy relationships. The only requirement for membership is a desire for healthy and loving relationships.
Celebrate Recovery - A Christ-centered recovery program designed to help those struggling with hurts, hang-ups, and habits by showing them the loving power of Jesus Christ through the recovery process.
